HUGE, clean, good customer service
This water fountain replaced another large plastic fountain. Like all the reviews said, I wish I had bought it sooner. The design with the reservoir on the bottom filters well, keeps the water clean, and is easy to wash and pick out anything the dogs leave. The capacity is HUGE. We use vitamix blender cups to fill it up, and it holds 3 full pitchers. Doesnât make any noise. And it has an auto turn-off for the water pump when it gets too low.The pump went out within 6 weeks of getting it. The company was fast to respond and quick to send a replacement.

We have 2 labs and a mix breed, all 75 lbs or more. The stainless steel is so much easier to clean and the constant water flow prevents the yellow/pink slime build up. We have to refill the water everyday because of the 3 dogs. My only “con”, if you want to call it that, is I would like a deeper basin so that we could maybe refill every other day. Other than that its quiet, keeps their water cool, and is a healthier choice than the plastic crap we had before! Also the filters are affordable too! We normally buy 2 packs so we are set for the whole year 🙂

We wanted to upgrade our water bowl for our cats and dogs, so we purchased this bowl. It was incredibly easy to assemble, and you donât even hear the pump. Itâs larger than our previous bowl, so it can hold enough water for our six pets for several days. Itâs easy to clean, and all of the dogs and cats love it.

Great for my 3 large dogs
We used to have to fill the water bowl constantly for our 3 large dogs, but since we purchased this the water lasts a lot longer and stays much cleaner. I was unsure about the design of the product at first but after using it for a little while it got easier to use.First of all, I was removing the whole top piece every time to re-fill it but then figured out all I had to do was pour about 2 pitchers into the top slowly and that was much easier.Additionally, I thought it would be helpful if there was some kind of light to alert you when the water level was low since you can’t see how much is left without removing the top piece to check, until I realized there is a red indicator light under the faucet which I did not initially notice. The light could be brighter or placed somewhere else to make it easier to see, but when the water is low the faucet also stops so if you don’t see the light you will see the faucet at least.My dogs seem to enjoy this water bowl as well. I was nervous they would be scared of the faucet constantly circulating the water but it is very quiet and they don’t mind it. I like that the water stays clean because sometimes their old regular bowl would get dog slobber or dirt/hair in it. I feel like it is helping my dogs stay healthier.

I had a 2.5 gallon dispenser that I had to fill every 1 to 2 days.Completely silent. Large surface area actually spills less than previous bowls that I had tried.I can top it up easily daily and wash every 3 or 4 days. The water is always fresh and this way easier to clean and fill regularly. I have three large dogs. And a picky border collie. They all took to it right away. Looked at the spout for a minute and now they just drink normally. During the day the red light is very dim to show when the water is too low to pump. However with the spout you can see if it’s not running right away and add water. Filters seem to work very well. Don’t know how often to change the carbon filter yet with so many dogs. But it came with a few so very good purchase and good value compared to the plastic I have had for years. Wish I could put one outside!

Purchased as my dog would only drink out of my pond, not out of the water bowl. This has changed that and he is happy to drink from the fountain. Not cheap, but hope will last.
