Our Golden as she’s aged, she’s gotten to be a messy eater. The Neater Feeder keeps everything contained, with splash water draining into the lower compartment keeping the bowl surface area clean. Clean-up is a breeze. Since the feeder has two compartments, we can more easily clean it in the kitchen sink versus bringing it to the bathroom tub for the older feeder. No more mess, easy to clean, the right height for our dog, so everyone gets what they want – food, less clean-up, easy clean when needed. A night bonus is it fits into our kitchen nicely and isn’t an eye-sore.

I love it and Keekles loves it!
I was looking for a space saving cat feeding station for Keekles, as I kept tripping over my current set-up. I was seriously wondering if she would accept the new one (those of you with cats must know that cats are among the arch-conservatives of the animal kingdom), but much to my surprise she took to it like a duck to water. Something about it seemed reassuring, I think. Like maybe that I wouldn’t fumble into it while she was trying to eat!. Anyway, it’s also sturdy, well-made, well-sized and very easy to clean. Another plus: if kitty should slop water out of her new bowl, it will get captured by the easy-off stand under the feeding surface!

Game changer!
Itâs hard for any animalâ¦even a duckâ¦to be messy with this! Thereâs no more water flung all over! I will never buy another stand alone bowl for my 2 indoor/outdoor ducks! I ordered the delux because the back and sides are higher and it works awesome! And size medium because the bowls are larger and both bowls filled with water and a bedtime snack, well the water lasts all night now! Highly recommend for messy pets!

A lifesaver!
I bought two of these for my German Shepherds. They would leave noseprints all over the bottom parts of the walls around their food dishes, not to mention the water all over the floor when they drink. These dishes completely fixed the problem. Very well made and easy to clean. Worth every penny.

Nice look
I love the bright color and that the holder contains some mess. I dislike that my puppy can easily lift the bowls out of the holder and carry them around. This is the main way my dog spills so the holder doesn’t help with this.

Great feeding and water unit.
The double bowl set up is perfect for our sweet but very sloppy drinking pup. He likes the water and food in one spot. Nothing but the best for the pampered pooch.

I’ve been trying a few different dog feeders for my senior dog with poor vision. I needed a solution that was less stressful for both of us and so far this design is a WINNER. I wanted the high back / elevated design to discourage her from ‘stepping on’ the feeder on accident and confusion. Also, with the high sides to encourage her to find her way to the front of the feeder versus the sides. AND… an enclosed bottom/front portion to prevent nudging/tipping the whole thing over on accident. The spill tray is also a win for water that splashes or kibble that drops. This is very smart design, thank you! My only con is the use of metal bowls. They are very lightweight (and deep) and I wanted the feeder to be as stationary as possible. So I simply re-used my existing ceramic bowls to add weight and make the food/water less deep (included photo shows my own ceramic bowls resting in the included metal bowls). My dog is 12 lbs and I purchased the medium size. It’s the perfect height for her and keeps everything stationary. She caught onto it quickly. One side note about the stainless steel bowls, one bowl came with what appeared to be black grease around the rim of the bowl. It took some significant rubbing to finally remove it all and then I ran them both through the dishwasher. At first I thought the bowl was used, but it must have been grease or residue from the manufacturing process that hadn’t been removed before packaging. If you receive something similar, please note it will come off but you have to rub with a towel for awhile. The item arrived in its own branded/retail shipping box. I highly recommend this style of feeder to lower the stress levels of both YOU and your pet! 🙂

Itâs a pretty good product and easy to clean. I got it for my pup so she doesnât bend down to eat or drink water, however.. she was a bit scared of it for some reason. I figure cause itâs something new. Had to give away to a friend and their husky loves it.

Update: Months later, I just love this bowl. It did exactly what it claimed and quality has proven to be top notch. Because he has grown so much I going to get a larger one. HUGE TIP: if you’re considering purchasing this for a growing dog then do yourself a favor and get the deluxe version with the leg attachments. And there’s a slow feeder bowl from neater feeder if you prefer – you just have to order separately.This is a must have for dog owners – reduce your stress from a messy eater.—Original review: Just what I was looking for! 12 wk old standard poodle able to use it and it’s even easier on his back. No more mess and I don’t need to refill water as often because the water bowl is extra big. That was an added bonus! Also very elegant and goes with decor.
