Puppy loves the bag, enjoy the ability to open a small portion to place hand in side to mellow puppy out and put her to sleep. Fits nicely on bed for crate training at night in beginning.

Pet Carrier Meets Diaper Bag
Excellent quality in materials and craftsmanship. I especially love the reflective strips on either side, how there’s a ton of pockets in different sizes all over, and that the mesh feels very thick and strong. Plenty of ventilation and the removable/washable pad cover is genius!

It’s a great design for the price but sometimes parts are missing
This is a great pet carrier that I’ve ordered before, but for some reason, the support rods have been missing on two occasions as well as the plastic overwrap which helps ensure there are no missing parts and the product stays clean. I had to return one that looked clean but was missing the rods. The replacement was in worse shape as it was missing the rods, the instructions, and was dirty. I suspect this is a warehouse issue rather than a manufacturing issue since I’ve previously had very good luck with this brand. The older models didn’t have the support rod system and tended to collapse on my puppies. The new system is better, but there needs to be a better packaging solution to ensure all the necessary things arrive together. Perhaps putting the instructions and the rods inside the bag instead of the outside pocket would help. If these things were corrected, I’d give 5 stars for all the pockets, the poop bag dispenser pocket, the price point, the seat belt clips, the feature that allows you to secure the carrier to the telescoping handle of your roller luggage, and the small zipper opening that allows you to comfort your pet during travel.

Perfect carrier
I’ve had this carrier for almost 5 years now. It’s been perfect! I like being able to carry it over my shoulder – very comfortable. It was a godsend when flying my kitty on a cross-country move. He fit comfortably under the seat, where no hard-side carrier would ever have gone. (9 lb cat). It’s very durable. Still like new.

I love this violet carrier so much that I have purchased two of them—one for the teacup Yorkie and one for the Siamese; both pets seem to be relaxed and comfortable in it. It holds up to machine washings and dryings. The pockets and various compartments come in handy as well.
