Best Kitty Litter
I’ve tried a few kitty litters, and this is definitely the best one. It can be dusty, as people say, but the odor control is unparalleled, and it clumps great. My favorite was the Febreeze option, which seems to have been discontinued, but the Febreeze+Gain option is also good.

The Best Clumping Cat Litter
Fresh Step always has been and always will be the best clumping cat litter! Hands down! I donât know why I ever switched to one of those offbrands! Iâm finally back on board with FRESH STEP! No Odor either! My kitty loves the soft bed of litter!

Better than I thought
I disliked the smell on the cats feet. It was strong. Didn’t rate it well and said I would not buy again. Went back to my old litter. Smell was better but this fresh step does keep the box cleaner, easier to scoop and does last longer. Switched back to Fresh Step . Happy with it.

This litter smells great and clumps pretty well but every time I scoop there’s very noticeable dust. All litter I’ve used (even the 99% dust free kinds) have a lot of dust when filling the litter box. But I have never had another brand of litter that has noticeable dust when I’m scooping. It also tracks quite a bit which is pretty standard. But if dust is an issue (I have allergies and my partner has allergies and asthma so it is a bit of an issue for us). It does smell better than most brands and controls odor well but not sure if I’ll rebuy if the dust and tracking issues get worse.

Iâve been using this for years. I have two cats and their littler box is shared and in a small space. You canât tell I even have cats. It doesnât smell. I worked for a a shelter and an animal boarding facility and both places bought litter in bulk which is the cheap kind and you can smell the poop and urine immediately. At the boarding facility, even if there was just once cat, that whole cat room smelled. I will always recommend this to a cat owner. Try it!
