   Excellent customer support
   I liked the item fine, but a little plastic piece was broken off upon arrival. I took a picture and reached out to customer service because I didn’t want to end up getting stuck with an unusable item. However, I needed it ASAP, so I ended up setting it up to see if the flaws were workable. I was pleased to see that I was easily able to avoid using the broken piece by arranging the shelves in a way where I didn’t need that piece. I didn’t follow up with CS and forgot about the issue I brought up with them. A couple weeks later, with no contact from me, the company sent me a new, undamaged shelf! Customer service like this is so important to me. I added an extra shelf that “floats” with no ramps for the kittens to jump on. The bottom screen layer was warped, but I literally will never have a reason to use it so it didn’t matter.The item itself was exactly what I needed for my foster kittens. I have worn hardwood floors and like to contain them while they’re potty training. But, I want them to have opportunity for growth. I wanted a name brand one of these, but decided to take a chance on an off brand version. It is half the price, and it cost less than used. I figured I’d return it if it was really poor quality. It is smaller than a 3 tier CN, but I don’t mind that at all. The important thing is the amount of levels in this thing. The kittens don’t need each level to be taller. They just need each level to be stimulating, appropriate for their needs, and fun.It’s very easy to figure out how to set up, but the instructions are not as clear as they could be. If each part was labeled with stickers, it would be even better. But I was able to look at the pictures and figure out which piece was which. I needed to undo a few steps but the way became clear as I was building. Included tools are all you need. I built it by myself in about 10-15 min. Now that I know how to do it, it probably won’t take more than 5.It’s easy to clean. The bottom tray slides out but you need to turn a little piece so there’s no way for the babies to push the tray out by themselves and escape. I can take the bottom tray out and hose it off, or wipe it down with enzyme wipes. The entire thing is on wheels so if I needed to, I could wheel it outside and hose the whole thing off.It’s way better than a kennel because the footprint is smaller. You can make use of all the vertical space while taking up less floor room. It’s easy to move around because of the wheels, unlike typical metal kennels. The only downside is that it doesn’t easily fold down for storage like a kennel. You have to take it apart and make sure all the pieces stay together.All in all it suits my needs well. If I need another one like it, I’ll probably buy this same one again. Definitely worth a chance.

   Great for Kittens
   As kitten season is coming right now, this cage is extremely useful for people for foster kittens. I got this for my friend who fosters kittens and look for new homes for them. We assemble the cage together and it was pretty easy, the size is just right for 3~6 kittens. Each layer can have 2 kittens that would be total of 6 of them at once and still plenty of space for a shoe box litter box and water bowl and a bed, life saver! Cleaning the cage is also super easy because there are three doors to each layer that can be opened individually without having to bother the others, which also help to avoid fast running kittens from rushing out the door. Another great design is the wheels that it has, it can be moved from places to another easy cleaning at the very bottom of the cage. All the trays in the cage are removable, if anything is dirty I can just remove it and wash it off without any problem. It should be great for small animals also.

   Good but difficult
   Product arrived on time. The metal is sturdy. However, the instruction manual was horrible unclear and confusing. The pictures were tiny, nothing was labeled properly, and it took quite a while to figure out which piece goes where. It seemed like everything was measured poorly. Many of the parts were slightly off from where they were supposed to be and quite uneven. Also, there was even a broken off bolt stuck in one of the holes, so we had to improvise to get it to fit. Otherwise, once we got the base done it wasn’t too hard to put the rest together. The construction was the hard part but overall, my rats and I like it a lot. Decent quality for a pretty good price.I still have yet to add more to the cage, but here it is at the moment, along with pics of my boys.

   Amazing for foster kittens!
   This has saved us so much cleanup. Love the litter catch tray underneath and removable felt ladder covers. All three of our foster kittens can fit in the hammock. The doors on the side make cleaning the litter box so easy, and the small door latches are so easy to use.

   Spacious and Sturdy
   The size is perfect, providing ample space for my pets to roam around and play. Assembly was straightforward, and the metal construction feels sturdy and reliable. It’s great to have multiple tiers to keep everything organized and accessible.

   Great for my rats
   I use this cage for my rats, I waited about a month to write this just to be sure but I think it’s a great cage! I have three rats and there is enough space for all of them, they haven’t been able to chew through anything or undo any locks which is always a bonus with how smart they are. The bottom is wire which isn’t good for their feet but i removed that piece and the cage still works just fine. The platforms are very annoying to put in and take out which makes cleaning a little difficult so do yourself a favor and don’t put all of them in if you want to use this for rats because you will be taking them out. Overall I am happy with this cage and its performance!

   Not Happy With Cage.
   When putting together the cage, the parts are not labeled to match the instructions. The instructions were hard to follow. It is hard to put in the shelves and ramps and difficult to line up the shelves evenly and reach the back end of the cage to attach. The ramps are not secured firmly. I just finished putting it together and I am feeling so frustrated.

   Great cage!
   I was a little apprehensive to get this cage because of the reviews but it was an amazing purchase.. set up was simple and decent quality for it being on the less expensive side.
