I have had cats my whole life. Iâve used clay litter, crystal litter, instant clumping natural litter, pellets, etc.. the whole nine yards.Recently, due to my living situation, I have to have my litter box in my closet. It has been a pain for the past year to find a litter that completely controls the odorâuntil now! AND I have an air purifier in my closet but up until now it has barely mitigated odors.Iâll give a short summary comparing other litters and why Iâve been inclined to write this review!Crystal litter – great at controlling poop odor but terrible for urine (especially if you have a cat that pees a lot). 1 1/2 – 2â of litter is supposed to last 2 weeks, so an 8lb bag, theoretically, should last 2 months, no. Also, you have to shift the litter around for the urine to be evenly absorbed everyday when cleaning out the box. However, if you have a cat that pees a lot then the litter gets over saturated, sits at the bottom of the box, and smells wretched. Therefore, needing to be changed more often and thatâs hella expensive. It was great when my cat was smaller though!Clay litter – personally, I hate the smell of any clay litter, so this take is biased. Ever Clean cat litter is great if you donât mind the smell of clay litter.Instant clumping natural âfragrance freeâ litter – Amazing at clumping urine and controlling that odor. However, if your cat takes a fat dump then itâll be the worst smelling scent you have ever smelled. Itâs vile. I donât know what they put in Sustainably Yours (or anything like it) but it is terrible at controlling odors, specifically poop. I promise you, avoid it. Also, itâs expensive as hell.Pellets – Honestly, overall pretty great and also really cheap. I just found it to be a hassle to clean up when the pellets dissolved into dust. Really affordable too.Ultimately, this cat litter right here has done everything it said it would. I have not smelt any odors from the litter box since the day I put it in. Itâs easy to clean out and Iâm really satisfied with it + the price is decent. One thing though, the clumping for urine is OK. It clumps well but is mushy, if that makes sense. The 2 things that I love most are that it really doesn’t stick to the litter box, and while there is a slight scent it is not overpowering like the multi-cat Slide. It is a bit more expensive to buy than other litters, but it lasts longer as it thoroughly encapsulates the cat waste. There’s not much tracking- only a small amount of litter needs to be swept up daily. It has a pour spout for people who can easily heft a 37 pound box of litter. I just slice the top off and use a scoop.

I like the fact that its scented. but I dont like it that the box was damaged. Initially I thought that it was only the external box which I can understand due to the handling. But the damage cause it to leak and some of the litter dribbled out of the box. Now I am not sure if the litter is damaged.

Por fin un producto que le agrada a mi gatita… y a mi también. Tiene una textura muy fina y parecida a la arena natural, que le agrada mucho a mi gatita (con una de las arenas que probé anteriormente salÃa del arenero sacudiendo las patas y preferÃa hacer en el suelo).No tiene un olor a perfume muy intenso (otra de las arenas que probé tenÃa un olor a perfume demasiado intenso y la gatita no la usaba cuando el arenero estaba tapado), pero aún asà cubre muy bien los olores de los deshechos de mi gatita.A mi me gusta porque verdaderamente aglutina muy bien, no suelta polvo, y no se pega al fondo del arenero. Aunque es un poco cara, es la primera opción que he probado que nos ha acomodado a las dos. La recomiendo.
