Worked well on cat in heat
My cat has issues with collars, but after I got it on her she accepted it. She is small and the collar has plenty of options for any size cat or dog, I had to cut about a foot off the collar after fitting it to her, so there is plenty for anyone with a bigger animal.This is not a shock collar, it vibrates and has a noise.What I liked best is the remote. She often yells/meows at night when going through heat. Until I get her fixed I have to deal with it. This enables me to reach over an push a button and it surprises her enough that she stops. I used to squirt her, but she has learned the limits of the squirt gun and will sit outside the range and sing her extremely loud opera until I get up.Added bonus is the bright green light. At night I find it comical to see it bouncing around as she does her zoomies. It doesn’t seem to bother her, maybe because it is behind her and she really cannot see it.

Great Training collar
All I can say about this collar is that it works great! There is no hurting the dog at all. I tried it on myself and it just a mild vibration. Totally happy with the collar as I didn’t want a “shock” one for my Chi. For my guy, I need it on him at all times, he knows when it’s not on and that I can’t correct him! (They learn quickly!)Straight out the box ready to use and very little learning curve to it. If you are looking for something to just make your pup quiet down a little or not run where they are not supposed to, this is the collar you need. Just to mention, it is reasonably priced as well.Right now for the moment, just having the collar on is enough to straighten his butt out! I think that maybe I have had the unit for a little over a week and have had to use is MAYBE 4 times, on level 1. It goes to level 8 but for my Chi, that’s not needed. Number 1 a couple times and he knows!

Training without schocking
I like the product. Easy to use. I have a small dog. The small rubber tips did not stay on the contact point. I contacted the company and they were happy to send new rubber tips and contact points. Good company to work with.

Pointless
This thing is absolutely no good. I got it for my cat who goes crazy at night….only at night! She attacks my other cat to the point where it sounds like a cat fight. Hair flying and all. During the day they’re all lovey to each other. I bought a kennel for my bad cat before this collar but felt guilty for putting her in the kennel every time she misbehaved. I’d let her out after 10 minutes and she’d go right back to attacking the other cat. She’d spend 90% of her life in the kennel at this rate. My good cat is now terrified to leave my side. She hides in a box if she can’t be with me. The bad cat especially likes to attack the good cat while she’s in the litter box. It’s a l nightmare. Especially, when you are trying to sleep. So, I decided to try a shock collar even though the thought of shocking my cat was horrifying. Then I saw this. It was appealing because there was no shock involved. Now I’m wishing I got the actual shock collar first as I wouldn’t of wasted my money on this crap collar. This collar has sound and vibration. The beep sound is not loud and you can not turn it up. There is one level and that’s it. My cat was unaffected. Not even a curious look to see where the noise came from. Pointless feature. The vibration feature has 8 levels of vibration. The instructions say to place the box under the cats neck. Which is extremely difficult to do with this huge collar with a big box attached. The collar needs more holes for sizing. Collar is on. I start at level one…no effect. Two…hmmm strange look from cat… Still attacking. All the to 6 to get a mild reaction from her and that is solely because the box is under her chin (neck) and she is gagging everytime the color vibrates. I don’t think the vibration would it bothered her in the least bit if it weren’t for making her gag. I tried it for several days on a lower vibration level without any kind of success. The collar then started to rub raw spots on both sides of her neck even though the collar was not on tight nor on her for more than a few hours. The battery did stay charged the entire time I used it. You can set the collar up for two animals if need be. The remote locks. But what good is all that when the thing doesn’t work. I do not recommend nor would I ever buy this again. Not for a cat or dog!

Prongs and rubber cover fell off of collar.
Product worked as advertised but the Prongs and rubber cover fell off in our yard and I can’t find them. Wish there was a way to order more or the company should offer them to people that had this problem. Now I’m searching for tiny nuts to fasten on the back so I at least use it that way. Would not recommend!

Perfect size for smaller breeds and bigger breeds
On July 23rd, 2022, I purchased the Elecane mini remote Dog training collar and an extra replacement receiver. I have two small dogs (pugs) that I wanted something to assist with when they bark. I didnât want to shock them, so I found this collar perfect. As you can see, it is now August 28, 2023, and these collars are still working perfectly fine. I have never had any trouble with these collars; my dogs only need the sound, and they know to stop barking. These collars fit the smaller breeds perfectly and do not interfere with any other collar or clothes the dog might be wearing. We also use these on our other dogs who are bigger, and it works just as well on them. Of course, you need a different collar because these collars are cut to size. There is no extra collar to get in the way! I love this collar set, and I highly recommend it.I did lose a receiver during one of my moves, and this company went out of its way to replace my receiver. I will not use another company and I have recommended this color to my family, and we all enjoy it.Thank you, Elecane, for making such a wonderful item that truly works!

I love this collar! My little 6 pound pup really does well with it. It does not shock him, but it will vibrate which doesnât seem to affect him very much. However, the beep really gets his attention! I highly recommend this product as a training tool!

My small dog wore this for about a week. It did not help her bark. It just scared her and the instructions advise you to place it somewhat tight on the neck. I just canât do it.
