This is a replacement of one just like it that lasted for more than 20 years. The old one was left out in weather a lot of the time and finally gave up the ghost this spring. When tied fairly tight between two trees, no noticeable sagging. The one and two star raters obviously have not had much hammock experience.

Rope material WAY to stretchy and holes separate to much compare to past rope hammocks i have had.If it not set high on the tree you might as well be on the ground !!

Itâs rotted in 3 months
I bought this for a Christmas present. My husband hung it in late February. This is the condition now. We are 70 years old, so no one is bouncing around on it. Donât but it for outdoor use. Itâs 13 feet so I donât know where else you would hang it. Very poor quality.

The rope weave is nice and soft to touch, the spreader bar is good wood ( not teak, so unsure how it will weather over time). However this hammock is NOT big/wide enough for two people. I am 5â11, 175 and do not feel there is room for 2 adults.

Actually a 0 rating. Ropes started to fray and break, bought August 2023 barely used it, put it away for the winter and back out in spring, now it’s July and it’s falling apart
