Wonderful for our puppies!
I LOVE these! What a concept – so easy to fill and ‘serve’ to our puppies. Nice quality and durable. I recommend! I’ve had this set for over 5 months and the plunger in the water feeder still works perfectly fine.

Good quality. I’ve purchased a similar, cheaper item in the past for water and the top would easily get knocked out, but this one clicks right in its base and stays when flipping it right side up. I’m pretty impressed with the quality for how light weight they are. The one for food has an opening and a snap on lid to refill, right from the top without having to flip every time. It even came with a decent sized scoop. Each one came with 4 rubber feet that push in almost Lego-like, they seem pretty snug. I just set them up, but so far the only issue that I noticed is the openings in the bottom part of the water dispenser has holes for the top to snap in, but when I washed it some water got in and took some shaking to rinse out and drain without taking it fully apart, (which seems to just be 4 tabs on the very bottom to split the bottom part in half), but just seemed like more work than just shaking for a quick rinse. Not a huge deal. Overall good product.

Quality is ok. I accidently dropped one of them and it broke so plastic isn’t to strong, but the company did make it right and sent me a new one. After time there is algae that grows in the water and is hard to clean out, but product seems great and my cat seems to love it.

All good except…
I received the dog feeder and watering dispensers. Regarding the feeder: if you have a larger dog and the dog food pieces are a little larger, the food doesn’t flow out as well as it probably would for smaller sized dry dog food.The cap on the water dispenser is rather cheaply made. It made it through one fill. The next time we went to fill it and place it back on the base, water ended up everywhere. Evidently the spring/button on the outside of the cap and retaining piece on the inside of the cap were not very sturdy. I can’t tell if it busted or if there was a manufacturing defect in the plastic button/retainer piece. I have been dealing with the poorly manufactured cap for about two months and wouldn’t you know, by the time I got around to dealing with the situation through Amazon, the return window was too late. I didn’t want to return the containers themselves because I didn’t have a problem with them. They are shaped in such a way that they are easy to clean. The problem I am very upset about is the water ca[s. I thought about just reordering a cap (which I don’t feel I should have to pay for, since it hasn’t worked correctly after the first water fill), they were no longer available and made me think that maybe I wasn’t the only one dealing with the poorly designed water cap. There was another company that had a cap available that looked similar, but I was leery about ordering something the may not fit…even if it does look like it would fit.
