Perfect for leather furniture
Iâve ordered this three times. It works on fabric or leather. It goes on and comes off easily without damaging the furniture. This product is self training because cats donât like the feel of the firm plastic. I was able to train my cat and then remove it. He quickly learned that leather furniture is no fun to scratch. Highly recommend!

For our leather sofa, great protection.
We have a hard leather sofa in the formal room and this stuff stuck great to the back of it where the kitty likes to climb up. It eliminated that problem completely and is staying there well with no issues and not noticeable when you walk behind the sofa. I had some left over and it does not stick as well to soft leather or fabric just beware. I think it is specified in the product description though so as long as you have that hard leather material you are trying to protect you shoudl be good.

Hoping for the best
I just received this product today and immediately cut them to fit and applied. I used chemical guys leather cleaner prior to installing (husband had it in the garage already). They cut easily and seem to be thick. We got a new kitten and he has been climbing the dining chairs and attempting to walk across the top but will lose balance and dig his nails into the chairs creating small scratches and holes. So far he has gotten every chair and the bench. I’m terrified that when I remove this film it is going to ruin my chairs but I’m hopeful that since I cleaned them it will be okay. I only put the film across the tops of each chair and on the sides of the main chair he likes to crawl up. I will add more to the others if I need to later.

Great for leather furniture!
I have a golden ret. puppy that loves to jump over my sofas at the center console or sit on it. Leather was getting scratched so I put this on the console top and no more scratching. You can not tell it is there, but is saving my new furniture.

It doesnât stick to my linen chairs very well
I have two linen chairs in my office that my cat likes to get on top of and scratch. I cut these to size and they are not staying put at the bottom area, but they are staying on the top and my cat cannot scratch through. They just donât look very nice on the chairs. There are a lot of sheets to play around with though, so I may try reconfiguring the sheet in a different way and connecting it with maybe a bigger piece or a smaller piece.Very easy to install and cut because they give you sheets that are lined for measuring. It is a good quality. I just donât think it wants to stick to my linen.
