It works GREAT!
I have 3 pittie mixes and they won’t let me brush their teeth. I have added this to their water consistently for almost 3 years. My vet told me, “Whatever you are doing for their teeth, don’t stop! They look GREAT!”IT helps keep their teeth white AND their breath FRESH!

My dog has some foul breath even with me brushing, he does have a small mouth which makes that difficult. He also has a sensitive stomach so I was hesitant to use this, Iâm glad I tried it! His bad breath was seemingly gone the next day, and he hasnât had any stomach issues! Iâm on my second bottle, I donât put it in the water everyday

Good preventative
I have bought this product multiple times. It is cheap and I believe it is a good, easy preventative measure to occasionally add to the water. I have two dogs, and one does not mind the taste but the other dog doesnât love it, but sheâll still drink it. This product does make my cat produce and excessive amount of saliva though, so I only use it occasionally. I also use other methods of keeping my dogs teeth clean, so I canât say this 100% works, but I believe it helps.

Really Works for Dogs Breath.
This is a great item and well worth the price tag. If you have a dog who likes to get right in your face when they want to tell you something, youâll appreciate the sweet smelling breath they have because youâve added this to their fresh water in morning. It really has.no taste to it or my dog wouldnât drink his water. RECOMMEND YOU TRY IT FOR YOUR DOG.

I tried to choose the chemicals carefully but still worry
I like the idea of keeping my dog’s water bowl from accumulating bacteria between daily washings, and I hoped that the antibacterial effect worked in their mouth as well. I couldn’t find any scientific data – only anecdotal reports from individual comments. A dog’s poor teeth condition can seriously affect their overall health. I did tons of research and felt reasonably safe with the ingredients on his entire body with this additive. And the brand is well-known for its other pet products. However, I eventually stopped adding it to the water because I couldn’t find any long-term safety studies. My dog required a complete dental procedure at the veterinary clinic, and I want to keep his remaining teeth in good shape. He doesn’t like having his teeth brushed, so I may try the additive again in the future. It just seems too easy that a quick swish of his mouth during a sip of water would have much lasting effect. For now, I feed him carrots to help maintain his teeth and gums. But he has so few teeth left, I worry about his ability to chew them properly without choking. This product’s size seemed adequate for the price, and that value was a factor in my decision to purchase it in the first place. I hope this review helps someone. Good luck with your babies!

Excellent water additive kills bad breath
Well, first off, the first bottle I bought lasted MONTHS. Even in summer, when I was washing and refilling my dog’s bowl several times a day! She’s a little dog (20lbs), so her bowl isn’t huge, but I am still impressed!I bought a separate water jug with different colors than our regular fridge water, so everyone could tell where the dog water was. This meant I spent less time mixing up her water and more time giving her water. Highly recommend this method!It drastically improved her breath and it did so very quickly. She went from KO at ten feet to hmm, smells a bit like dog food at point blank range.Then we started giving her a dental treat once a day. Now her breath is downright pleasant. I didn’t know that was possible! She smells faintly herbal, even if she’s snoring in my face. What a blessing!I’ve finally purchased a second bottle, because we’re running low. Her plaque is about 50% better than it was when we started. It was bad, she’s very old and has already had teeth removed.She doesn’t like dental toys, she can’t chew on most treats because of her teeth, and she becomes violent if you try to do anything with her mouth.We’re working on it (we haven’t had her very long!) and she’s improving, but her teeth are improving way faster! If we can get her to accept us brushing her teeth, we might be able to avoid an expensive, full sedation dental cleaning!I am deeply grateful for what this water additive has done for my elderly dog. Her teeth are still very gross, it’s not a miracle worker, but they’re so much better than they were. Her breath smells amazing and she’s much more pleasant to be around. Everybody wins here.

Kinda surprised something works as advertised
A couple years ago my dogs breath was getting disgusting, much more than just usual dog breath. Iâve probably paid the equivalent of college tuition in dental cleanings and wayyyy overpriced treats claiming to freshen breath, but nothing ever made it even a little better. Heâs 13 now so the putrid breath could be due to aging, but if dental cleanings didnât help, I didnât think anything would. This product was affordable & simple to administer, ever try to pry a Chiweenieâs jaws open to get something they ate out of their mouth or attempt getting a toothbrush in their mouth? I had 2 pitties before him I could easily force their mouths open, but I have never once won that battle with this 16lb hellion so I gave this product a shot with zero expectations. Just ordered my 3rd bottle, so happy something works as advertised. My fur baby is a magnet dog, always stuck to me, has no clue what personal space is, snores directly in my face, yawns directly in my faceâ¦other emotional support humans understand what I mean by magnet dog. No escaping their breath in your face. This stuff improved his stank breath significantly, I donât even notice it anymore. Iâm writing this review after coming back from out of town and it being very obvious my son did NOT listen to my instructions to add this to his water lol. It works!
