This is a great, sturdy, easy to use scooper.Admittedly, I have only used it a few times but it works as advertised.My scooper arrived without any bags, so I used it without a bag and cleaned it after dumping into a paper bag. Worked well-but an extra couple of steps added to the chore.I also used it with a standard plastic shopping bag as a liner -worked okay.I emailed the company on Sunday evening and Tuesday bags arrived in mail!!! Less than 40 hours! They fixed the problem speedy quick! The bags intended for use work GREAT.We have 4 dogs and it’s large bin is perfect!

Wouldn’t reccomend for big yards, good for smaller spaces
It’s pretty straightforward; this is a good product for smaller spaces. I live in an apartment and have a tiny grassy area off my patio where I can let my dog out if he doesn’t poop on our walks. It definitely works better than the scoop-grabber type thing I was using when I was living with my two friends and had a big backyard. However, that thing is more for a large-scale area (because you can grab-n-go with a trash bag). I really like this one! One thing is that you should be careful when raking up the poop as the bags can rip easily.

It seems like a very intuitive concept and that would save you some time and convenience. However, the functionality of the bucket is a little clumsy, and by the time you put the bag on, you couldâve picked it up yourself already. I suppose if you have a lot of waste to collect then it might be more practical.

Upon opening the box, one of the poles was dented. Rest seemed fine. Contacted Customer Support, confirmed with a pic and immediately sent an entire new Pooper Scooper with a very sincere approach. Works very well, just as described. Overall pleased and was a good value.

I have used all types of options to puck up the dog waste in my back yard. I have 3 large dogs so I needed something that made clean up quick and easy. I have hip and ankle issues so bending over to pick waste up causes pain. This product has helped so much. Able to use bags from grocery store in the bucket so I don’t have to buy bags. I don’t have to bend or twist to get the waste into the bucket. I haven’t had any issues with the bucket other than it came off the handle once when I first used it. (User error for not making sure it was tight) The rake is great as well. The best I have used before. I would buy again.

I upgraded to this Pooper Scooper and this one is ultra sturdy and large compared to my old one. I’m also 6′ tall and the poles are tall so this has really been a major back saver. Would recommend this product to all dog owners

I am happy with this, i don’t have to worry about picking it up with the plastic bags with my hands. Seeing the ticks and other bugs around the poop or in the poop freaked me out and I just don’t want to use my hands again. But i know I will still have to do that out in public places though. We have four dogs, three large and one small, so lots of poop to clean lol. This makes it easier and can scoop up more poop with the black bags it came with (doesn’t work if your dog has diareah though. And if their poop is soft just wait for that to dry out in the sun first lol). I love that it has the clip to hold the rake. Keeps it tidy and organized. Good stuff!
