Lasts a long time and good play for me and my rescues
My two 50 and 60 pound rescues love to play tug of war and keep away with these rope toys. They also play tug of war with each other. Great way for them to exercise and release pent up energy. The diameter is a good one as they get a good grip as they play. Had these for almost a year and are a bit faded and slightly ragged; however, expect a long time before replacement is needed. Recommended.

I know that these will not last long as I have four large dogs currently and they are chewers. They have loved playing tug and for that they hold up well. I just have to make sure I pick them up when they arenât playing or they will sit down and chew them to shreds. Overall I would say good value for the price and the dogs love them!

My dog is the type of aggressive chewer that makes toy companies cringe. She can destroy a kong in under 48 hours, so when I say a toy is impressive, I mean it. These pictures are from after a month of constant play.Weâve had these toy ropes for about a month, and as you can see from the photos, my pup is still very much attached to these toys.She has chewed and chewed and chewed on them. The ropes started the fraying process a few days after we got them, but they have stubbornly held on despite endless doggy toy abuse.Theyâre about at the end of their lives now, but when I consider the cost to lifespan ratio, I am very pleased.I wasnât expecting the length of the ropes though. The one in the picture is the one that comes looped in half. It has been the preferred one by my pup, but I think itâs because it is shorter than the other.The length of the other is so big compared to my girl that when she does the shake her head to kill thing, the knot on the other end whacks her in the back of the head. Itâs humorous. I ended up tying that one a second time in the middle just to shorten it up.I suggest these toys for larger dogs than mine, based on the length. However, the width of the chew toy is about right for my 30 pound pup, which does pose a bit of a conundrum.Overall, if your pup is an aggressive chewer and chew-tug player, and you arenât opposed to maybe tying an extra knot or two, this toy is great.

I know some dogs can destroy anything quickly. My older Weimaraners arenât extremely hard on toys, and these have lasted fairly well, but they are not indestructible by any means.

I have a Great Dane and these have worked really well for him and heâs a heavy chewer, they are smaller than they look in the pictures and they shed strings but I kinda expected that. They look pretty nice and weâve been able to keep both of them for about two months so far and theyâre still holding up.

my pups absolutely love these ropes! theyâre made very well compared to other ropes iâve purchased. these are made from a material that is pretty weighted but not heavy, can withstand tugging and chewing, and are long enough that 2-3 of my dogs are able to play comfortably. the choice of material that is used is also in a color theyâre able to see (referring to the blue one) making for a nice detail. they have a blast through their slight snarls and pony gallops running back and forth. i would absolutely recommend!

Heavy Duty & Good For Large Breeds
My Golden Retriever loves playing laser pointer. It’s really his all-time favorite activity. I thought I’d get him these ropes so we could expand his horizons a little and play some tug-of-war, fetch, etc. But, now, when he wants to play laser pointer, he drops one of the ropes in my lap (repeatedly!). No interest in actually playing with the rope – he’s just letting me know he wants to play laser pointer. That said, for dogs that like playing tug-o-war, these ropes are definitely heavy duty and appropriate for larger breeds.
