Nice little cage
I switched to this cage over a plastic bottomed petsmart cage because I liked the legs and wanted to be able to vacuum underneath. I put it together by myself and it took about 45mins to assemble. I did use a drill as other reviews had said this was the easiest way to put it together without the wood splintering. The instructions were fairly easy to follow, everything was numbered and packaged separately. When I took it out of the box some of the pieces were stained and I noticed the margins were a little bit off when drilling pieces together(legs not quite lining up with the front outside of the cage, top piece hanging very slightly over the right side of the cage). That aside it still looks very nice when assembled and has plenty of room for my two Guinea pigs who are really loving it. I especially like the plastic panel into the den area as I can see them through it and the easy pull out bottom to clean them out without having to remove them. For the money I definitely think itâs worth the price. As I just put it together yesterday I canât speak on the durability of the cage but it does seem fairly sturdy and the latches are secure.

Better than the sum of its parts. Easy assembly
When I first started pulling the contents out, I was unsure of how sturdy it would be. I wasnât expecting mahogany or oak, but itâs pretty light wood. Itâs important to lay everything out in an open room. Each of the larger pieces are numbered. Make sure to be mindful that each fastener and screw is labeled in the instructions. *MAKE SURE TO ASSEMBLE THE SIDE OPENING TO HAVE ACCESS TO THE âHIDE BOXâ!! The instructions were unclear on that. After itâs put together, it really is sturdy and a nice unit. Much easier than trying to hammer and saw something that looks presentable in a house. Iâve had no issues with my gerbil trying to chew it. Overall, itâs a great value for the money. Everything is easy access to clean and the size makes a big difference. Iâd buy again.

Nice
This enclosure is of exceptional quality and remarkably simple to assemble. I strongly advise using a drill set to speed five to prevent any screw damage. I wholeheartedly endorse this product to anyone seeking a suitable enclosure for their guinea pig.

Nice hutch.
My son & granddaughter put it together w/ no problem. It’s for the Syrian hamster she’ll be getting soon. Seems to be perfectly suited for him, w/ plenty of room & a variety of “living areas”. Easy access for her, as well. Seems sturdy enough, also. Price was reasonable.

Bunnyâs happy with her home!
Love this! Thereâs plenty of room for her to run around while still having a section that she can âhideâ in! After reading the instructions, my guy put it all together, by himself, in about 30 minutes (the instructions suggested two people to assemble). We didnât attach the legs since we wanted to place it over our two smaller dog crates and it fit perfectly! Itâs also easy to open and reach everything inside as needed. So far, she loves it and weâre happy.

Fantastic Cage for Guinea Pig
I received this cage about 5 days ago and am very pleased with it. It is relatively easy to put together, and I suggest using both a drill for some screws and a screwdriver for the smaller for delicate screws. The cage is made from what seems to be real wood instead of cheap manufactured wood, but be careful when you are putting it together because if you drill a screw in too hard in some areas it could cause the wood to split. My guinea pig seems to be loving the new space, and the main thing I was worried about was her being able to chew through the cage somewhere and escape which has not happened. When shopping for cages a lot of reviews for other cages said that their pet chewed through a portion of the cage and was able to escape, however my guinea pig has been looking for a way to escape since I put her in there and has been unable to do so thus far. Very happy with the purchase and would recommend for anyone with a small guinea pig or hamster!
