Electric trimmer fell apart
I am updating my review. Hicozy contacted me and sent a replacement trimmerhead immediately. I also found there is a Hicozy support website that is easily located via a search engine outside of Amazon. If additional parts or support is needed I can contact Hicozy directly without any problems. I do appreciate their quick response and resolution for my concerns.The rest of the unit, the vacuum and all of the attachments work great. I am not a groomer, but I have two dogs that need constant grooming and this system is easy without creating a mess. I can quickly clip or shave my dogs and not spend an entire day prepping an area, grooming, and then cleaning up pounds of hair.This is a 5 star concept with 0 star execution. I bought this on May 12th and received it several days later. I used it for the first time in May. The trimmer head kept falling off. I used it again in June to lightly trim the face of my puppy. The trimmer worked but the trimmer head fell off several times. I used it in July to groom my dog and the trimmer head fell apart so now I have a dog that looks like she has mange.The cordless trimmer was used 3 times for less than 15 minutes each time which means the trimmer didn’t even last an hour. The rest of the unit still functions, but without the cordless trimmer, what good is it?There are no replacement parts available to order. The seller refers me back to Amazon. Amazon tells me I’m past the return window. All I want is a replacement for the cordless trimmer, not the entire unit.

this machine works very well on my German Shepherds! and the noise from the machine doesn’t seem to bother them! even my skittish female was very calm while I used it on her! very easy to use! great value for the money!

My dog Jolene sheds a lot. I got tired of vacuuming lots of hair around the house. Now I put the brush on and brush and vacuum all in one a few days a week. It has truly helped. The noise not too loud. I trained her to like it with treats. She is anxious dog. She is not scared of it. Life saver. Package well and it arrived quickly.

noisy, but it works
This is such a helpful tool for grooming my 2 pups. I have a short haired German Shepard and a Border collie with a long thick coat. Though this has multiple settings it is still pretty loud and scares the dogs, we have finally found ways to calm my pups so they will allow us to use it on them and oh my goodness we love it! It makes brushing them so much cleaner and easier. I highly recommend a bath before using, if your dog’s coat is greasy it will clog up the combs. All the attachments work great, the trimmer is helpful to clean up the bottoms of their feet. Even works to help vacuum hair off of the carpet and couches. Highly recommend this tool for any dog parent!

I had never purchased a vacuum made specifically for an animal, I had always used a canister vacuum when I vacuumed my dog years ago. I came across this item that all of my dogs I have four, would be scared of this and run away. The two dogs that I thought might allow me to brush them or scared. The dog that I thought would be scared to death of it, came running to be brushed and he loves it! The fourth dog not so much but I was able to brush him.All in all, this purchase was a fantastic buy for me and Iâm extremely happy with it. It very easy to put together also. I think youâll like it as well!

Poor Quality
Worked great the at 1st on the 1st use with the clippers, trimming 2 Australian shepherds, but by the end of the trimming the blades on the clippers were gone, and was noticed when dog started getting upset. These clippers are not made for bigger dogs or longer haired dogs. The brush part is very hard and wirey and the dogs did not like it, as it was too rough on them. Although this was cheap to purchase, am very dissatisfied and unfortunately, too late to do a return.

Awesome groomer!
I have been grooming our Standard Poodle for over a year because I hate to pay $100 every 7 to 8 weeks. I bought this machine for the price of 1 grooming. It is so easy to use with all the attachments. The best part is it vacuums up the hair as I trim so I don’t have loose hair all over when he shakes. He doesn’t mind the noise of the machine either. Wish I had bought this sooner!

Our dogs typically run when we get the clippers out, but shockingly they sit there for this. I don’t know if it is because it is a little quieter or if it is because we do it indoors, but either way they do not run!!!! We love this for that.
