Pump got very slow after about 3 months
This worked great in the beginning, but after only 4 months the pump barely works. It started slowing down after 3 months and has got worse every day. I can put new filters in and it will pump ok for about a day or 2 and then its barely a trickle. For what I paid for this I would expect the pump to work longer than that.Update: The seller contacted me with instructions on how to take the pump apart to clean the impeller. This must have been missing from the original instructions. After opening the pump and cleaning the internals, the pump is back to working like new.

I absolutely love this water fountain! It was very easy to assemble and I thought my dogs might be afraid of it but they weren’t they went right up to it and had no problem I love the little spout so you can turn it a little to the side so my larger dog has room to put his big head up there to drink LOL but it does keep the water fresh and I love the fact that it has a light to let you know when the water level is getting low all in all I am very happy with it!

There’s nothing I have to dislike about this product! It’s a life saver for our family. We no longer have to change water daily! We have a large 9 year old American- English bulldog and two cats. The cats love the fountain and our dog enjoys drinking out of the “bowl”. We change the filters once a week. I recommend purchasing the filter replacement pack as well. You’ll have a total of 9 weeks worth. You change once a week. The fountain comes with 1 set to start you off and the replacement pack has 8 sets.

needs redesign
it works fine and is very quiet. but the notch for the cord is on same side as the light and window, so have to have the cord coming out from front. I checked to see if there was another notch but there isn’t. Having the notch on the front also means the tube for water flow is in front. I tried to see if I could move the filter to the other side so I could have the fountain in back but there is no support for it on the other side . So works fine but poorly designed.
