Great product that really works
I didn’t want to use a product that has chemicals to remove stains. This product is safe and really works! I followed the instructions and my rug looks like there was a stain, and smells nice. And price is fair compared to other. I am happy to use and recommend this product.

Iâve used this product for years. It is a must have if you own pets, especially when theyâre not yet house trained!! Itâs a life saver, getting rid of all odor and stains, leaving the area smelling fresh and looking new. Have used it on tile, hardwood and carpet with no issues. 100% recommend.

EDIT: Almost a year later, I’m raising my rating from 3 stars to 4. I find myself reaching for this stuff pretty often, it really comes in handy. In terms of stain removal (the main issue I noted in my review), it works better than I first gave it credit for. It successfully did remove vomit stains from my comforter, which surprised me. I still mainly use this spray on hardwood/tile floors, as whenever my pets do have their infrequent accidents, that’s usually where they do it. But I’m pretty happy with how this spray works, and especially with how well it eliminates foul odors. I still do wish that it was better at stain removal overall, but it’s not as bad as I originally thought it was, so I can now recommend it more confidently.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I bought this because I saw it recommended again and again for stain/odor removal. For odor elimination it does do the trick, but I am really unimpressed beyond that.This stuff has a strong chemical-y smell, make sure you have windows open or some other kind of ventilation when using it. I tested it on hardwood as well as on my couch – for both surfaces I let it sit for 15 minutes, and then blotted it up (as the bottle says to do).For both, the smell of animal excrements did disappear very quickly, as did the chemical smell of the cleaner itself. I was very happy with that, it does a better job than anything else I’ve tried, so I’ll be using it for that moving forward. It also fully dried in under 24 hours, which is less than the bottle said it needed. Another plus.But then we get to the stain removal side of things. The hardwood that I used it on wasn’t stained, so I can’t really comment on that. However the couch was, as my cat had vomited, which left some dark residue on the grey fabric. I was aware that this cleaner could cause discoloration, which it did – totally my fault for not testing it on a small inconspicuous section of the couch first, that’s on me. So I’m fine with that – it’s just the nature of these kinds of chemicals – but what bothered me is that the vomit stain is still there! And I even tried using this cleaner on it again, because I figured it was already discolored so it wouldn’t hurt to add more (which it didn’t, thankfully). But the slightly dark vomit stain is still visible! Which is very frustrating.The odor is gone, which is a plus, and I will continue using this stuff on hardwood/any other solid surfaces that it’s safe to use on. But I would not use this on fabrics, since at least for me it was not only ineffective but also caused more harm than good. If it caused discoloration but fully removed the vomit stain, I would give it five stars – I knew that there was a risk of discoloration in advance, so I’d still be satisfied if it effectively worked as advertised. But because it failed, I’ll go with three stars. Use at your own risk when it comes to fabrics, and make sure to ventilate.

Definitely remove stains not just pet stains but also food and drink spills – The Smell tho will have you second-guessing if the pee smell is gone or not like I couldnât tell if I was crazy or not because the smell is so odd and off putting that you canât tell if itâs urine smell or just the product and it does take like three days to go away and your carpet will always kind of have that â is it pee is it not smell? Definitely follow up with vacuum powder once fully dry

I do not have a puppy just peanut size brain dog lol love him dearly but he peed on the carpet and it was so strong. I sprayed this scrubbed it in with a cleaning brush and a bit of warm water left it for a couple hours the steam cleaned it…it still smelled!!! I left it on overnight a lot of it using more water this time and I am so happy the carpet actually feels new.
