Good product
Purchased for a recently adopted unaltered 1 yr old male that is marking inside. We ordered another brand to see if it helped but when I went to order more, I liked these colors better. Pup’s belly is 21 inches, so we rounded up and went with the XL. The fit is great – I think we could have also gone with a L to have less of flap where the velcro pads overlap, but we’re not having any issues with that in any case. The thinner material and wider band seems more comfortable for him, while the absorbency is sufficient and there is no leaking. The Velcro is securely attached and the seams are well done. I just love the green and blue shades.The only downside to these bands IMO comes down to washing. The lining for these pads are black, so I’m hesitant to bleach them as I would normally do with any item that is regularly sopping up urine. It wasn’t a surprise, just something I didn’t consider when I was placing the order….Edit to amend the hesitation on bleaching – despite the dark fabric I’ve bleached these almost daily and the color hasn’t spotted or faded in the least.

I’m so happy to find these. My 14 year old boy has started having accidents and none of the disposable bands would fit him–he’s not that big, about 80 lbs. We were using puppy pads, but wee would still get on the floor if his aim wasn’t perfect (and I didn’t want to completely cover the floor with pads because then he might slip and fall). These bands fit him great and cover what they need to without constricting his movement. He took to them right away and doesn’t seem to mind wearing them at all–we call them his ‘boxer shorts’. We’ve been using them without liners and have had no leaks. They also seem to wick the wee away from his fur. So far they are holding up in the wash and we line dry them. Much more cost-effective and environmentally friendly compared to the disposable bands and pads.

My boy is 14 and has back issues and can not hold onto his pee anymore. These donât hurt his back and he can move freely with them. He doesnât slip out of these like he does with other brands. They absorb really well. I do use liners still just for added protection. The XL was a little large for him but I donât want them to be too tight.They wash well but definitely make sure you put the Velcro together and donât wash them with anything else.

We ordered 3 Pet Parent bands and 3 Paw Legend bands to compare. We measured our 85 lb. dog according to the P.P. instructions and ordered the XL size from both makers.The bands are well made and so far have held up fine to their DAILY washings. They would get 5 stars for “Easy to Clean” but both brands are difficult to dry because they’re DESIGNED to hold moisture, not let it go. That means they take a very long time in the dryer or outdoors to dry. The only big difference is that the Pet Parent bands are WAY too short around the dogs belly.Both brands are wide enough to do the job and neither leak if they’re put on correctly. Instead of making a larger size for their XL band, Pet Parents just sells an L. size band and sell you an “extender” to fill in the gap. They wouldn’t come close to fitting without the extender. The Pet Legend bands fit great and are easier to use and to wash.The PAW LEGEND brand bands are proportionally longer so they go on more easily and fit well without the bothersome extender. I’d go with these if I need to buy more in the future.

These diapers are FABULOUS!
I like that that they really hold in the moisture, keep my little furry guyâs skin dry due to wicking action of inner fabric. Are very well made, and are reasonably priced! I ordered 12 and I have a bucket in my tub where I rinse them, dump soiled water in toilet and then wash them in my machine. I air dry them so the elastic wonât get damaged! They are a godsend and have saved my hardwood floors!

Our 15-year-old male dog started peeing in the house. He still does number two outside, thank goodness, but he forgets that outside is where he’s supposed to do number one. These belly bands are a godsend. We’d tried disposables, and they overflowed. These catch and hold a whole lot of pee. They are easy to wash– I put them in the washer by themselves or maybe with an old towel or two. We’ve ordered two sets of three, because he goes through them pretty fast. I run the wash for a larger load and set it for an extra rinse, so they’re sure to sit in a lot of water to wash all that pee out.I’ve also perfected a technique for making sure his willy is inside the diaper, because it doesn’t do any good to wrap these around their bodies if their business is still hanging out. I hook my thumbs over the front and back edge of the belly band, on his underside, so I can pull it until it’s fully expanded and definitely covering him up. That does the trick. Then I quickly wash my hands.Your guy’s belly will take on a yellow tone no matter how quickly you replace the belly band, at least if he’s got white fur like ours, so we just bath him more to make sure he’s squeaky clean.The only problem I’ve noticed is that once dry (whether in the dryer or air-dried), they do retain a faint odor of pee. It’s not a bother, really, but I felt it worth mentioning. And if you toss them in a corner without getting them into the wash right away, the odor becomes pretty noticeable pretty quickly, so don’t let them sit around (a quart of dog urine is gonna stink, right?).

Thank you for not only saving my sanity but more importantly for giving my dog the first day in weeks without being constantly wet and in discomfort !!! The belly bands arrived this morning and for the first time in a months , I have not had to constantly mop up floors and exhaust my washing machine with load after load of towels and or continuously shower my very large dog. I was tearing my hair out trying to find belly bands that would fit him as he is very very large, until I came across these. They are extremely good quality and fit extremely well. They hold a lot of liquid with no seepage at all and believe me, being such a large dog, he produces a lot of liquid! I ordered them on Sunday evening with express delivery. The estimated delivery time was 5-7days from the USA to the UK. They arrived this morning , Wednesday, less than 72 hours from ordering! Fantastic service. Whats more they came as a pack of 3 so absolutely amazing value for money. I am so glad I bought these.
