So my cat is too fat and needed to go on a diet. We appreciate the quality and ingredients of the Purina One brand. He took to this food right away and seems to like the taste. No adverse side effects or weird smells. We are hoping it will help him lose weightâ¦itâs too soon to tell after just one week.

Cats love it! Price always changes
We have been feeding two cats with this dry food for over a year now. They still love this brand! Previously we had costco cat food, and they both love this one much more. They didn’t gain much weight. But the price of this food changes. They cheapest I got was like $27, and sometimes it goes up to $32.

Better than average, but not great
The quality was average. I needed something of the highest quality due to my cats health issues and it just wasnâ nutritious enough. The ingredients are a little above average, but not the highest possible quality.

Good food for my cats.
I live with four cats, two Siamese Mix, one Siamese, and one Cornish Rex … three being rescues. Having one dog, four cats, one parakeet, and one parrot makes it important that the food I get for them is good food, but priced well to fit into my limited budget. I have always purchased the best food for their health that I could afford, so they eat well and they eat healthy. My dog has eaten the same food since she was a puppy, and does excellent on the major brand. But with my cats, I have tried quite a few different major brands, trying to fit their needs, being the best for their health. For a long time I havent been able to find a food that I can feed all four cats that not only provide the best nutrition, but give them what they need for healthy coats. For a while now my Rex, who is 13 years old, has been picking and scratching at her coat and skin and losing her hair. I felt so bad, but my vet told me it is not uncommon for this to happen in her breed. I only feed her the best food available, amd kept trying different kinds over the years, but there was no change in her coat. I hadnt been able to get the food I normally buy through Amaazon (I purchase all their food through Amazon because delivery fits my health situation, so I read and read about the cat foods, and decided to try this food, not only because it sounded healthy for them, but the price was affordable for me. Amazingly, and I say amazingly because the food is priced so reasonably, I was keeping my fingers crossed that they would not only like this food, but it would keep them healthy, and hopefully help my little Cornish Rex with her skin/hair problem. To my amaazement, not only did they like this food, but in a very short time, my little Rex’s hair, which is really like soft cotton, came back, and she no longer scratches or picks at her skin. All the years of trying different foods, oils, etc., this food gave her the beautiful soft silky coat she once had. Hard to believe the other expensive foods lacked what she needed. I am so glad I gave this food a try. One thing I do have to say is that their stool is not as firm as before, and more smelly, but they are striving very well on this food and I will continue to feed my four feline babies this good food. Well, Mom is impressed
Okay. I’ve spent uncounted money on different can and dry cat food for 2 brother/sister 10-year-old rescue cats (Ragdolls), and this Purina dry cat food is the first they both ate some within 30 seconds of the bowl placed on the floor. “Her Highness” stuck herself into the bowl first, while “The Prince” waited a few seconds to get his share. Now, the big question is — will they both continue to eat it. Cats are picky, and these 2 seem to be the top of the heap in “pickiness”. Hmmmm. We’ll see.

They love it. Usually get the Purina indoor natural that’s their other favorite. Tried this one and they took it instantly loving the new flavor. Plus Purinas indoor formula keeps them healthy manages their weight as well as their hairballs.
