Highly recommend this training manual!
The Ultimate Guide to Dog Training is an excellent resource for training any dog. My husband and I have been training our 4 month old lab using this book and its training principles, and can honestly say that we see a huge difference in our puppy’s behavior. We are no longer at our wit’s end!The book is well written and easy to follow and understand, even as first time puppy/dog owners. Trevor Smith’s knowledge and experience are invaluable, and his ability to convey that to the reader is evident. His book includes both obedience and behavioral advice, and all is broken down into easy to follow steps. He also includes helpful diagrams, as well as examples from his military experience as a dog handler to help illustrate certain points.
