Lives up to its name!
WORLD’S BEST CAT LITTER has been the best find for me and my sensitive sphynx. Major pro: it does not stick to the litter box, making scooping super easy and low-key kinda fun, and the clumps hold up well enough for thorough cleanups. No odor or dust at all, which keeps things fresh and clean. My sphynx seems really comfortable using itâshe used to perch when peeing over clay litters, but now just walks straight in with no issues. More expensive than most, but really worth the price.

It might actually be the best!
I started looking for a new litter when Petco raised prices on their litter again. For context: I have two cats and live in a 3rd floor apartment. I’ve been using a lightweight clay litter, and apart from the lightweight aspect, absolutely hated it. There was SO MUCH DUST. Everywhere, all the time. 99% dust free my eye.So I found this litter and was afraid it was too good to be true. It’s not. This stuff is amazing!!! I never knew cat litter could bring me so much joy! There is virtually no dust. NO DUST. There’s a little in the box itself, but you expect that with a plastic litter box. My bathroom is no longer covered in dust (no matter how much I clean). I can breathe again. My sinuses are clear. I had no idea the litter I was using was causing so many allergy problems. And not just for me; one of my cats has been having problems and licking her legs raw. It’s not 100% cleared up yet (I’ve only been using World’s Best for four days now), but I’ve already seen an improvement. The World’s Best litter clumps really well, too. I like it better than the clay litter. It doesn’t turn into mud while the girls are using the box, and it doesn’t cement up the way the clay stuff does. It clumps really well and is so easy to clean. No sticking to the box or the cats’ feet, no mess, no fuss.I’m using the unscented litter (because allergies) and love it. There is no smell. None. I’ve got two cats sharing one box, and clean it out every time I go in the bathroom. I use a Diaper Genie to manage it. Even with frequent scooping, the clay stuff would stink. Not this. The litter box no longer stinks, and even the accumulated waste in the Diaper Genie doesn’t smell like it did. (*Note: for anyone considering using one, the Diaper Genie is fantastic about keeping odor under control, but eventually you do smell the contents when you open it for a new deposit. I haven’t noticed any odor since switching to World’s Best litter. )I wish I had found this stuff sooner. It really is the best litter I’ve ever used.

Really does clump
It really shows clump well but does not do well worn odor control so I mix it with A&HNatural Pine litter. It’s not the best at clumping but it’s excellent at odor control. Approximately a 50/50 ratio does an excellent job and gives the best of both worlds!

Very good overall, but…
I really like this litter for a couple of things: it’s got that earthy smell to it which doesn’t make me feel like I’m in a deep clay mine requiring a hazmat suit. It also leaves the bottom of the pan completely dry in the high corner mountains my cats like to make overnight with their … liquids. I use steel trays for my boys as plastic harbors bacteria in tiny scratches no matter what you use to clean them. Also bad for kitty. What I don’t like (thus the minus 1 star) is that if you take those nice clumpy mountains of pee in your scooper, because of the larger grain, the lightness of the litter and how much slower it filters through the slots of the scoop you have to shake a bit more than with the clay (which I got this to escape from) and it can then break apart the clumps and ho boy you do NOT want to be standing over that. Then the pieces that fall have a tendency to go right back into the litter collective. I’ve had this problem with clay litters as well but this one requires a lot more delicacy in the shaking, and for a longer time or else you’re just tossing out scoops full of good litter with the bad.We have two large males so I am scooping at least once a day. It’s not neglect or coming back three days later to mountains. I’m fussy about the boxes anyway as I’m very sensitive to ammonia. This litter will also not be ranking in the top 10 of odor control either, especially when you have cats that are apparently very comfortable with their owners to the point they don’t even cover their duties.I will probably still keep using this because you have to weigh your options. These are the criteria we all look at for litter:⢠Odor control⢠No or less tracking⢠No or very low dust (and let’s face it, ALL litter has dust. You just have to choose how much you can handle).⢠HEALTHY FOR OUR CATS [i.e., no bentonite or other naturally occurring chemicals in clay that are toxic to cats]Now if any of you know of a littler that does ALL of the above, I’m sure the makers will become rich and I’d certainly throw my money at them. In the meantime, you gotta choose your poison and I want my cats healthy.

Great in so many ways!!
I have 2 very large cats and 2 large litter boxes.I have been trying out so many different brands and types of clumping litters but couldn’t find one that eliminates odors as they all say they do,couldn’t find one that isn’t easily scattered or tracked all over the floor and house by my cats feet, couldn’t find one that didn’t make dust or powder fly in the air,,etc. I tried Worlds Best litter and I love everything about it! My cats also love it! It lasts so much longer than the “typical” clay or rock like litters. Less messy,no dust,no odors, and it’s flushable! I feel like this is so much healthier for my cats to breathe and to just be in.I highly recommend this litter.

I wanted a change from the my normal litter (tidy cats), I never liked how the pee clumps always fall apart and can never get the pee fully out unless you’re changing the whole litter.I didn’t want paws prints from litter box use all over furniture and such.So I changed to see if this would be a better fit. My only complaint is it leaves a bit more granuals once my cat leaves the litter. However the cleaning… OMG there’s NO smell, no dusty paws prints, no dust while changing the litter or scooping, the litter is very light weight. It excited me to scoop the pee since it was perfectly clumped together and removing was so easy and none of the pee separated. I was actually excited scooping lolI was questioning the cost of the litter, wondering it would be worth it. I am never going back and forever stick with this litter. Just AMAZING. As odd as this sounds I am now excited to clean my cats litter box now ð

After kitten sitting for a friend who uses a different, commonly available clay based litter, my long time appreciation of this product was renewed.I honestly don’t know why anyone uses another product. Why? The clay product the kitten came with smelled gross and it was so pungent. It filled an entire room with the obnoxious scent. After three days (and remember, it was used by a kitten; the kitten was a few months old), you could also smell ammonia even though I cleaned the litter constantly. With World’s best litter (WBCL) the smell isn’t even noticeable. In my 15 years of using WBCL, I have never smelled ammonia. Ever. The clay product, more importantly, always stuck on.the poor kitten’s fur. When it got wet, it became cememtish. Truly awful and painful for the kitten. Think about it; that clay litter is being consumed by cats and its binding together inside their digestive system. You can research what happens. Scary.I switched the kitten over to WBCL after three days. I just couldn’t take it. The kitten had zero issues with the switch. No more gross smell. No more litter sticking on the kittens fur. No more mess or excess work.WBCL is flushable (amazing) and biodegradable. The ash created by its use is minor (important factor when considering cats lung health).WBCL may seem on the expensive side but it lasts so much longer and is so much easier (and seemingly safer) that the cost difference is minor, if anything. It also goes on sale which makes a big difference.WBCL is simply the best.

This litter was recommended to me by our SPCA and vet when we adopted our cat. We have used it for 4 years now, and would never consider another brand. The litter is healthy for our cat to use, seemingly zero dust, and minimal litter scattered out of her litter box area. It traps odours well, and absorbs liquid quick. I never find litter caked to the pan either when I do a deep cleaning of the box. I started purchasing it via Amazon, and could not be happier! Delivered to my door in perfect condition! Note the tape on the box says not to use a sharp tool to cut the tape – and you donât have to! The tape is durable to stay closed during shipping but somehow is easy to pop open at home! Love this product!

Been using this litter for decades because itâs made from corn husks and does a good job eliminating odours. Until recently it was low in dust. So I switched back to clay which were duster & didnât like the clumping. Canât beat WB litter.
