Totally Worked!!
We have 2 cats and I just bought a new sectional and did not want them being used as a scratching post so I bought these. They were easy to apply and do not fall off which in my opinion makes them good quality. No one can see them unless you actually look for them. Cats have not attempted to scratch or get near the corners of the sofa anymore. Great value!! I have replaced them only once due to fur or other debris sticking to them but they are easy to remove and leave no residue.

Easy to put on your furniture and my cat who loves to destroy furniture hates it! It works perfectly! Easy to pull off if needed too. I have fabric furniture so I wouldnât recommend for leather or vinyl or leather like types of material. Highly recommend for that cat who loves to tear it up. They will be deterred immediately !

Difficult to remove
It definitely deterred the cat from scratching the couch. After a couple attempts, she never tried again. Issue is..it is VERY sticky. Everything sticks to it. Dust, hair, fabric, pillows…you name it and it will get stuck. It grabbed my pant legs several times and got caught. I decided to take it back off after the throw blanket got caught on it and it pulled fibers trying to get it off.Removing it was very hard. It was pulling couch fibers and left a permanent square mark on the fabric even after cleaning the couch. (It is microfiber)Maybe test it on back of couch for a while to see if it affects your fabric?? While it did work, I won’t use it again in the future.

Iâm grateful this stuff was so cheap and on that note I should have known by the price !! Itâs nearly impossible to peel it apart just for one side !! The second side is worse than that and when I finally got it separated ( the very first one ) the stuff stuck to itself so I tried again with same results ! Some stuck to them self others got themselves tangled into the cover sheet !! Just a horrible cheap product , I recommend spending the money for a better product , I am !!!

I got stuck to the damn things constantly and there was never a point where I could remove and find cat miraculously uninterested. They stay on to preserve couch as an unsightly annoyance or theyâre removed and couch remains stomping ground for destruction. The product did the job. Complaints only shared as heads up, not product related and didnât affect rating. Product deterred cat while in use and didnât damage the couch. Product is good!
