   Mkono Male Dog Belly Band Wraps are an excellent housebreaking aid!
   I’m using these to help as I housebreak my puppy. He wears them indoors and I take them off when I take him outside. Ozzy (baby Havanese) measures 12″ around his waist. The size small fits him softly and loosely without twisting or sliding (I could pull it tighter but there is no need) and gives him plenty of room to grow. They go on quickly and easily.With another brand I had to pick out stitches to remove stiff tight elastic, then sew them back together. With Mkono the elastic has a very gentle soft pull, so the belt won’t bind or chafe. Ozzy sometimes slipped forward in the other brand and leaked right onto the floor. But Mkono is wider where it needs to be. It gives great coverage and stays exactly where you put it. These bands are very soft and comfortable for a baby puppy’s tender skin.It pleasantly surprised me that these hand wash like a dream, so I don’t have to wait for a load of laundry. Dirt slides right off them. I use a doggy diaper pad inside them to cut down on laundry.You still have to take a pup out often and give lavish praise and high value treats right after good potties. But if your puppy wears these inside the house you won’t have to clean pee off floors and carpets, and your house won’t smell like dog pee. Same with a dog who marks indoors or an incontinent dog.Some earlier posts said the stitching didn’t go through all layers to attach the Velcro. The company apparently listened and corrected this so the stitching on mine goes through all layers. We love it when a company listens and improves!Get these, you’ll love them!

   Best belly band I’ve purchased
   My male puppy wants to mark everything in the house! I have bought a few different types of belly bands and these have by far been the best. The shape helps them fit snug, but not so tight that they rub his hind legs. The velcro is sturdy and sewed on well. That was the biggest issue with all the other bands I bought- the velcro was flimsy and didn’t hold well. I use disposable pads inside the bands and so far they have not leaked. These worked so well that I bought a second set.

   I tried them all – these fit perfectly! Medium – for 7-pound Yorkie
   I just adopted a senior Yorkie. Sweetest boy on earth, loves everyone. He has one bad habit. Marking in the house. Well, when he took aim in my shoes, that was it. I tried several brands, including fully disposable ones. They all went back. The shape on these is very different and flat. No extra elastic to cause binding or discomfort. He actually doesn’t mind wearing them.For sizing, I selected the medium. He is 7 pounds & 14-inch waist. The small only goes up to 13-inch waist. I made the right choice. There is extra that passes over the Velcro, but it is not a problem at all. That excess actually makes taking it off easier.I am using regular size Dog Diaper Liners for Male and Female Dogs, 150ct, Super Absorbent Disposable Dog Diapers Booster Pads fit Most Pet Belly Bands and Wraps (Regular) Brand: VoagLuk Then I don’t have to wash them all the time. The liner also keeps the urine away from his skin. The regular pads fits perfectly, no leaks. This brand has minimal tape strips and doesn’t leave any sticky residue behind.I keep it on him all day, and still take him out for regular potty breaks every 2-3 hours. Very easy to take off, check if pad needs to be changed, etc. Now I can relax and not worry about shoes, sofa, or what ever he thinks is a good target.These bands are well constructed, and very soft. I did buy 3 sets. They all came through exactly the same in sizing.

   Best male wraps to use
   They are very soft & don’t pinch or tug on the sensitive underbelly area. As they do not have heavy elastic around the material. They are lower profile than the other kind of wraps in the market. Dogs seem to be more comfortable when wearing them vs the other brands & styles. The are very very well made & they stay in place. They are easy to take on & off. The urine smell washes off easily after one washing & they dry much faster than other brands.What all male wraps share regardless of brand including Mkono is that they are not 100% leak proof. I use disposable wrap inside the cloth ones. I took one star of because for the first time since I have been ordering them & I did order many in the past, I didn’t receive brand new diapers. They had no tags & the plastic wrap they came in was very dirty. I believe they sent me a return. I had to use them so I did not bother to exchange.Note to the manufacturer I hope in the future you will make them in more sizes. Size large only can fit a standard size pug. I hope you can make them for dogs who are bigger than pugs. Also please make female diapers.

   Wonderful quality!! Design is perfect! Fits pefect!! I’ve tried alot of different belly bands. These are the best I’ve used!! Stays on my dachshunds perfectly!!

   These fit my long-bodied Basset Hound and fat Corgi great, but…
   I have two male rescue dogs that are incontinent, one is a leg-lifter (Corgi), the other (Basset Hound) is just clueless about where (here) and when (now) to pee so I looked around for doggy diapers (belly bands, actually) that would help minimize the mess. I have used some of the larger reusable ones, tried the disposable ones, and then got some of these. The shape of these for my Basset is perfect, since he has a long ribcage that narrows to his waist, he needed something a bit more narrow than the bulkier ones. My problem is that he pees a LOT and goes right through it. It contains about half, I’d say. That being said, he drinks a lot and I’m starting to suspect diabetes. The Corgi can wear them just fine and they contain his pee. Other than the leaking problem, and only occasionally at that, they work pretty well and are the best fit I’ve found so far. My last con is that they are not super durable in the washer. Learn from my mistakes… before you wash them, close the hook-and-loop closure completely, then hang to dry, don’t tumble in the dryer, and they will last a LOT longer! If they were more absorbent and didn’t need replacing after just a few washes, I would have given 5 stars! Maybe I will get another set, add an additional absorbent pad, and wash them separately with the velcro closed and see what happens. If that extends the live of the product, I will update my review!

   I’ve used the other diapers by this company for approx 1 1/2 year and I like them a lot it just needed to be a little rounder at the top to cover more of the belly as my dog could still have leaks above the diaper top. I thought this design sounded exactly what I needed. The diaper does cover more but I don’t know why elastics were added, to me they serve no purpose and as before the size medium fit just right this size medium fits larger and is very messy looking as you can see from the picture. I am happy with the added width on the belly but I don’t know that the changes warrant the steep price. I think with the new design the size small would probably fit my dog better. I am a bit disappointed.

    The pad part scrunches up so my male dogs “stuff” pops out and the wrap does not catch the pee. If they could add some structure, a pliable frame ? to the pad portion so it would stay open and cover his private area.
