Excellent tag- even better customer service
I ordered four of these tags for my cats back in May. Originally I thought the quality was excellent. They are thick but not obnoxiously so and the material is heavy duty. The colors were gorgeous, a good size for my 8 pound cats. However, tragedy struck. One of my cats got out (while I was receiving a package ironically enough) and lost her collar with this tag on it. I searched for it but no luck. So I reached out to customer service to see if there was any chance I could get a discount on a new one or even just to tell me what engraving I had chosen because I remembered it was funny but I couldn’t remember what I had chosen. They went above and beyond and sent me a new tag completely for free with rush delivery. That is excellent customer service. I will be buying tags from them again in the future. Plus it really is a good tag for the money.

The attention to detail, the personalization, and the durability was better than I could ever hope. They are not too large and the writing is clean. They are absolutely great for the cost and the quality. Will be using these for future pets. The gold is bright and the rose gold is so lovely and not too pink and are surprisingly very reflective.

Cute tag, fast shipping
I got this tag for my new puppy and so far I am very pleased with the quality and appearance. Sheâs a lab so I got the larger size, and itâs perfectânot too big for her now, will be appropriate when sheâs grown, and has plenty of space for her name on the front and our contact information on the back. The metal is thick, not thin and cheap feeling like some, so hopefully it will last a long time. I also appreciate the variety of shapes, images, and fonts available. It also arrived quickly, days before the expected delivery window.

Durable and great quality!
Tag update for my fur baby. The custimizations were so cute and a variety to choose from. I had a hard time picking a font! The material used with the engraving is perfect, and has great etching depth that it won’t get worn out from scratches. It is very durable and perfect thickness. It’s easy to wipe clean from fingerprints and grime. Also the color of the etching pairs well with the color of the tag (rose gold)!I would recommend this to others.

Cute and sturdy!
I usually just buy dog tags out of the vending machines at walmart, but I really liked this one because it’s got designs. These are much thicker and also come with a pretty sturdy key ring. They also don’t seem to scratch as easily. The font is easy to read, everything was printed properly, and it fits my dog perfectly. I will be ordering a few more for my other dogs.

Second purchase. Nicely made.
This is a quality product that I would purchase again. My cat loses her collar occasionally because it is a pop off collar in case she gets hung up. This time i opted for the gold and it is very pretty. It is heavier than just a thin stainless one that i have purchased before that didn’t hold up. I have had it for several months now and it has held up really well, still shiny and readable. I like that it has several shapes and designs to chose from. I chose mountains. I would recommend this for any kind of pet.

Super cute very very good quality very clear to read you can really go the whole nine yards with these. But thereâs a but. Not the happiest with the seller. I donât know if itâs a glitch but there was no tracking number and no shipment updates at all not even anything telling me itâs been shipped and itâs still saying my tag is not here and obviously I have it. Other than that itâs great, not to clinky and loud when he scratches to where it would bother him. I got the small itâs about the size of a quarter and I think thatâs perfect for a kitty !

I was very happy to receive a tag that was truly small. It is pretty solid, too, so the small size helps keep the weight down. Very cute and looked exactly as expected. The most remarkable thing is it arrived 3-5 days early!
